I think no words can deflect the fact it's time for DOC to deliver. I ran a somewhat successful business( not at the scale DOC has) My business partners simple premise Do what say and do what you do. I live my life that way and guide my investment philosophy.
I agree, We see signs of progress and we have encouraging words "Train has left the station", Hold on"
Like I said at the beginning all the words have been said. Now the hard part "Do what you say"
I hope my faith in DOC is not misplaced that's "that what makes me sweat"
