Note 1: It is only the Unrestricted O/S count that is relevant to immediate trading.
Note 2: Very low Unrestricted Outstanding Shares count of only 342M - hence why it so thin to the upside for a stock in the .01 > $1 price range.
Note 3: The Unrestricted Outstanding Shares count increased by 150M during the period March 1 - April 11 and then only 27M in the next 13 days. However, the dilution was not that significant to repeat top traders of $PSRU since 805M shares were traded during the same period - including over 322M on the big surge day [March 29] .0135 > .0298 - 120%.
Note 4: The company will be using the non-dilutive EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to raise $50M for its current projects and intends to become a USCIS Regional Center to set up further EB-5 schemes for any future acquisitions.
