I agree. Doc stands too much to lose if we get delisted. From the ridicule, embarrassment, sec complaints, litigation. I think it'll be fairly extensive but I could be wrong.

Public, non dark companies make deals all the time. Seems like Doc could've waited on these recent deals till we were current to and not put so much at risk with the deadline coming up.

Of course it's suppose to be easier when your dark so it should all be for the best.

There's nothing we can do right now, just have to assume Doc has our best interests at hand and his shareholders really are family.
