While I agree with the basis of what both Toodles and smach said.....Toodles I believe you did say that if Doc didn't get us current in Q1 he was no better than any other CEO in pinky land.
Maybe you didn't really mean it, after all we're all human and sometimes say things we wish we hadn't. Maybe Doc falls into this at times too, saying things he doesn't really mean and wishes he could take back....but he is held to a higher standard with his words and actions affecting so many lives.
Smach, the SEC isn't forcing, they aren't physically coming and getting our financials, but they are requiring financials by June 30th I believe or we get delisted.
There is a difference and if for some reason this is too complex, it's out of Doc's control, or something unforseen happens and it doesn't get done we'll be delisted, so there's risk
Unlike the other board, both possibilities can be discussed here. New investors need to know this isn't "guaranteed " and the day to day nonsense for the last two years was vastly overstated.
We are growing closer to a deadline though, Doc has to meet.
I will say I think Doc gets it done. It appears he has put much time into this and should want it to take off but there's always two possibilities.
That's what makes this board great. Both sides can be discussed. Newbies as well as those who've been here months and years can read non biased information and make as informed decision as possible
