What is the exact difference in power and timing of pulses between RRx and Actipatch ?

You would have to call BIEL. BIEL does not state pricing on the RecoveryRx website.
Will RRx in USA be solely owned by Bioelectronics and marketed by that sales force they put together ?
You would have to call BIEL to be sure. If the opinion I gave on Hi Dow is correct RecoverRx is available for Licensing/OEM but not under the RecoveryRx name.
