In SD 13.87% citizens tested positive
In NY 10.77% tested positive.
If I had offered a guess before doing the math, I would have thought NY would have had a much higher % just due to the fact that NY got hit early and the only people being tested were sick.
A logical explanation would be that Miss No Science Noem really screwed up her state's response but went somewhat unnoticed due to SD population levels. Again, Thank God that she is not Governor of a highly populated stated where the number of cases & deaths would be staggering if SD levels were extrapolated for bigger states. Data don't lie. Her response and results in SD projected on a larger state's population - or the country - would be even worse than the Trump Admin's results. Scary
