It is sad they don't have LL...and someday soon many countries will have it hopefully...

I am big believer in that all people really want to do good things....

Bureaucracy , politics, and "the way we have always done it" are the culprits ...thats what is sinful ...and I believe what goes around comes around ...

I certainly don't ever want to be on the wrong side of that Karma
