The greatest "benefit" to look forward to from the CSP use of LL in the Philippines certainly is not revenue nor a Philippine EUA.
The greatest benefit will be the broadcasting of the "breakthrough", "hope", "awareness" of a therapeutic to prevent / greatly reduce death in severe and critical cv19 patients, and the demand for LL that this should (or will) generate.
It may be slow (2 to 4 weeks) or rapid (2 to 12 days) for media to grab this and broadcast the good news of Leronlimab. Just pray our FDA or BP does not kill the news of what is happening in the Philippines. Is that unlikely? Surely the USA does have leverage that can be used against the Philippines.....
