Dr. Nicholas quote: "Gov't Philippine FDA has approved allowance for every hospital in the Philippines to stock enough leronlimab for 100 patients"
If it's true, it hardly matters whether it's a CSP or an EUA. Someone else mentioned counting 721 hospitals in the PI.
There were general news articles in the Philippines recapping Dr. Nicholas' excellent video. That's probably why we all, including you, had such a happy day.
