I wonder how many dry wells there are that could be turned into producing wells ?

Nice way around the current moratorium on new drilling. Who needs to drill when you can revitalize the old wells.

I'm guessing oil companies drilling in the US will take a good look at the potential of this. I can see why Maverick opened it's own hypochlorous acid division
