Just to be clear hear ,kgem has been here about 5 years-I am a month or two behind him as he told me about UNVC. We have many horror stories. All we had was Agrimed then along came Sativeo-thye are now no where in sight. Will give Doc credit for keeping up with the times with his technology, but man, we could have built the Empire State building by now. Things are looking brighter and Doc will soon be backed into a corner. Certainly not the time to be talking about selling, unless you need money, then that is understandable.
