Maybe Doc's tweet train is leaving the station didn't mean we are launching. Maybe it meant the train is now leaving the station on it's way to it's destination and the destination is filings and being current.

So...maybe it means everything is done, we are leaving the station or on our way to being current...but who knows how long that will take.
