Verb said they are in beta testing. BB Player just proved that they are in beta testing and it's actually really nice someone posted that. He didn't have to and surely didn't post it to disappoint you nor give you an opportunity to vent and bag on your own investment.
Beta software usually is ready, but you do beta testing to find issue and then correct them before general availability (GA).
Apples beta program is huge and they find 1000's of issue before they consider going live. Do you know they will never tell you when GA is?
Why is that? Such a big company and they can figure out a simple date? I'm so disappoint at them I sold all my Apple stock. How dare they! But you know what, I didn't rail on their messageboard because they would laugh at my ignorance.
Keep in mind with all SaaS solutions, they are never done. All companies will continue to add new features.
