I Google traffic photo'ed it and came up with Grubb and Ellis as the lettors on a "for lease" sign, and someone named Scuncio as the guy to contact. Googled Scuncio and Kruse and came up with this.

The lawyer's site probably hasn't been updated if this is correct. Doesn't really matter as no one is there yet, but I thought you all might be interested. Just a guess, really.
