It was a year and a half ago. I don't know the terms of the deal. Neither do I know what the contract terms for the VA were either. Where the lenths ever disclosed? I know about a dozen reps who lost their jobs over the past year. No way to keep a sales force on board with no product to push or no way to get in front of providers.
In February Joe told me they needed 300 reps and $20 million worth of product at McKesson. At the time he didn't want to sell shares at 40 cents to raise the money. Well, it is a lot worse now at 27 cents.
Let's hope the various initiatives come through so Joe does't have to sell that many shares on top of the ones he already has.
