I don't think Closet is a short, I think he's just worn down from the years of struggle.
May I be forgiven for the conjecture, but from his posts it seems that he'd take a new CEO, quick sale to Big Pharma, and be done with it all. Taking a smaller profit, in my opinion, but still a winning investment scenario.
I do not share this preference, but I do see the appeal. Everyone has a point where enough is enough.
My philosophy is best expressed through the medium of Spaceballs quotes.
