closetinvestor, Sorry to say this but I think you are too emotionally involved and maybe need a shot of LL yourself to calm your own cytokine storm and maybe you can become a little clearer in your emotions and thoughts. All this stress your showing is not healthy for you or anyone else on the board. It seems like your fighting a losing battle here and it's starting to spew hatred, or maybe that's your goal ie SAP. This a function of more than 1 man it's a BOD and if they truly thought he was and is unable to do the job he will be dismissed by the board.
