I can't disagree with some of the decisions that have been made, and I hate to say it's part of the learning process of a small and growing company, but I don't see him making these decisions on a whim without direction or support of the BOD. He is the front man and the face of the company and is willing to accept responsibility and that comes with the territory. Hense I'm still ok with that as an investor and as a public person watching the process. He does seem to need work on his public speaking, not the accent just the "Curb Your Enthusiasm!" LOL
