I just got off the phone with FINRA and was told that their process is confidential up to the day before the effective date. So they post it on their site and the next day it is effective. He said the company can say anything, anytime they want, but that is up to the company.

He also told me that UNVC will have to go thru the change even though they just added the "Conglomerate" to the name.

He also said it does not matter what any brokerage firm calls it now, it trades under just one cusip number, but the name will have to change at FINRA.
