Shareholders who have the dividends can't sell their shares in NGIO for 90 days I believe, so when NGIO gets listed they would have to wait, so the risk would only be for those who buy on the day it gets listed, which would be the same for any company that gets listed.

So, a quick profit sell by shareholders won't happen unless they buy shares on the day the listing occurs and they sell if it goes up.
