The assumption seems to be that because the Philippines health agency is providing Leronlimab free to the hospitals, that they are getting the drug free from CYDY.

Is there any evidence that CYDY is donating the drug, or is this just an assumption?

For instance -- no individual has to pay for a COVID vaccination in the U.S. However the companies are not donating the vaccine, it is purchased from them by the government.

How do we know that the Philippines' government is not buying the drug?
