I'd assume there are later loans taken out after that Jan 2021 loan and more in the future as that seems to be the only source of funds now that pp money has dried up and there is no revenue from gold sales. When will the toxic lenders say "no more"? When the can't sell the millions of shares they obtain thru conversions. . The original amounts are not too large individually but at a percentages of the 52 week low share prices the number of shares converted then sold is pretty grim. It appears that the funding by toxic loans is the easy way to keep buying diesel and pay a skeleton crew and to hell with shareholder dilution.
This is of mild interest - an early stage exploration claim by Zapata Exploration. The Apache claim lies about 25 miles northwest of our Santa Elena claims.

The multicolored map of mining claims is similar to one I linked to here a couple of months ago and shows our Santa Elena jigsaw blocks at the right side of the map a little below center in purple. Look for the red pin.
When the Mexus PR spoke of "neighboring" owners interested in Santa Elena - minds go to Fresnillo/Penoles but there are many other neighboring miners: Great Panther, Colibri, Argonaut and Zapata to name four who fit that description. Or it could be none of the above. Anybody interested has had ample time to wheel and deal. I am not sure our CEO would take any deal that did not allow him to stay in control of the property - I think it's very personal to him by now.
