Exactly! Bashers aren't some big mystery. They're paid by outsiders like hedge funds and market makers to do what they do best (bash all OTC stocks regardless of the company's or the CEO's merits, and create FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) among OTC shareholders.
If you understand bad guys like rapists, murderers, bank robbers, burglars, scammers, etc. then you understand bashers.
