Merck, maker of Ivermectin, says not to use it against COVID. In another article, they said that the doses that might make it effective would be too high for safety.

That doesn't mean it won't work in combination with other drugs. But, wouldn't it be better to have a monotherapy (Leronlimab) that doesn't have risks of bad side effects?
