Indeed, very old "DD" on RFMK. The shady past for RFMK is what it is and there for all to see, no doubt, however the current CEO came in and has used the last 12 months to clean up the company and that takes time. The 504D, even though was submitted by the accountant in the summer of 2012, was actually orchestrated early in the year (January), which was before Allinder took the CEO position. I think we have established that the 504D placement was possibly what caused the stock to be chilled by the DTC because of the E-Lionheart securities fiasco (100 other PK stocks involved as well). This is all just digging up irrelevant tid-bits of useless "DD" from the alleged "Arsenal". Its laughable, but that is just my opinion. I will say though that it seems clear there are some from "other" boards who continue to want to pound the table about how RFMK is allegedly a verifiable share selling scam but IMO what is questionable is why they are so adamant about trying to convince everyone that RFMK is so horrible. Hmmmmm
