There were maybe 2-4 EIND patients on leronlimab for 14-21 days of treatment when the protocol was approved. That means there was no basis for CYDY to argue for 4 doses and given it was early in the pandemic, most were unsure what exactly patients needed, including the FDA. NP said this in the last CC.
