Time will tell but if you conduct any Due-diligence the past will show company ignored/questionable "facts" and the current pps, revenue estimates, dilution , delays etc should help you a little to understand your 1.5B has not triggered any substantial support or excitement. I understand it makes you feel a little better , I'm sure many prefer a few $$$$ in the bank, accurate estimates / timeline to build on a reliable vision !!
Any other facts in addition to the 1.5B?? It will help to predict the pps once dilution completed.
