Could be apathy/not that big of a deal to Cytodyn folks/Nader/Kelly.

Could be Cytodyn/Nader/Kelly are planning to include Estrada in a soon to be released PR. Yes, could be the plan/hoping this is the plan. Surely, the 28 criticals have been injected at least 2 shots and reports are coming soon.
Could be US FDA or BP is involved in some way. Hope not, but could be?
