Since CYDY is incorporated in the USA any of their products could be subject to to an option legislated in 1950 for the Korean war known as " The Defense Production Act" 3 parts to the act but the punch line is that if the President felt so moved he could "expedite and expand the the supply of resources from the US industrial base to support military, energy, space and homeland security programs." It depends on just how important the government feels about the product as they could require the product for US consumption only.
