However, to its credit, the medical profession has improved the outlook for covid patients over the past year. an example is the more judicious early use of nasal and high flow oxygen which has reduced the patients being on ventilators. Other countries are having problems with their oxygen supply. This is a much bigger problem for ill patients than their access to a vaccine.
