The tone of some messages are difficult to interpret. I believe you’re being sarcastic but I’m unsure. The loans are from Fife aka Streeterville Capital. Money is money, so it doesn’t matter, but NP selling Fife as some top Wallstreet investment group was entertaining.
From April 8th 8K, which is for the first $25 million of the $50 million total:
“with a two-year maturity to an accredited investor, Streeterville Capital, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Investor”), in the initial principal amount of $28.5 million.”

From a March 2021 Schedule 13G SEC filing for NAKD:
“John M. Fife is the sole member of Streeterville Management LLC, which is the Manager of reporting person Streeterville.”
