If we can pay back a loan with stock why can't CYDY just sell the stock straight up to avoid paying all the loan fees ?. If I remember correctley we ( the shareholders) authorized last year additional shares for this purpose and it is probably from these shares that they reimburse Fife anyway. Maybe there is some rule regarding this? seems like the end result is dilution either way.
I totally understand it takes money to run this show and it is better to make money instead of printing shares, hope that day comes soon
