Anyone who thinks this isn’t the best path for financing for CYDY does not understand Finance and most likely never passed a finance 101 class. It is especially the best form of financing for shareholders as it has the least negative effects on share price. I’m very happy with both rounds of financing. It will be nice not to here shorts acting like the ship is sinking and the company has no money to stay afloat when we now know they are all good for awhile.
