The Philippines (and/or other nations) providing momentum generating testimonies (andecdotal case histories) is not "our plan". It is what is happening, whether we would like it and choose it or not These "anecdotes" will be broadcasted, loudly IMO, will be a strong catalyst for demand and revenue and a beginning of saving cv19 criticals. Or should we discourage these anecdotes and "wait" for the American FDAs EUA?
