As far as "even protecting our military from enemies" is concerned (which is all I wanted) ACS somehow fumbled the DoD ball bigtime! SFOR IP passed DISA evaluation, a try before buy exercise, then ACS got a phase one and phase two SBIR grant for around $2 million. ACS failed to deliver! SFOR should sue ACS for nonperformance IMHO.
