HHSE filed their Annual Report 25-days early, on 3/6, in preparation for PR announcements and Form-10 filing. There was no way for HHSE CEO to know that the OTC will be changing their disclosure and formatting rules in March, creating havoc throughout the OTC, causing delays for HHSE.
