I've been listening to 10 years of predictions on this board about how this lawsuit or that lawsuit is about to bring down EP and/or HHSE. I wonder how many posts there have been on this subject? Hundreds? Thousands?
Now, I don't pretend to understand or even like EP's approach to litigation. Seems to me he leaves these cases to the last possible minute and only then pays attention. But EP has the winning track record -- not those who have predicted his demise.
Could this time be the exception? Maybe so. But the credibility on these doom and gloom posts is pretty much zero.
And meanwhile, the PPS is going UP, not down.
