Toronto Canada (MMD Newswire) June 19, 2012 -- Titan Resources International Corp. titan-resource.com (TNRI) is pleased to update their shareholders on the LOI with the British Colombia mine situated close to New Denver, BC and provide their outlook for the remainder of 2012.

The Company had entered an LOI to acquire up to 75% of several contiguous mining claims of a highly recognized property. We have spent several months on due diligence on this property and feel that the potential does not fit into the current mandate of TNRI. There are other projects for example in Quebec via merger and or amalgamation that have caught our attention and discussions continue. Selecting the right project and property and one that will result with the greatest return to all beneficial owners of Titan is of paramount importance to us. Transparency and shareholder communication is another important matter to us. Shortly we will commence filings on OTC Markets and uploading our Quarterly Disclosure documents. Our goal is to reach and maintain a "Current Issuer" rank with OTC Markets.

Other plans for the short term of Titan include appointment of a non affiliate 3rd party board membership to oversee operations of Titan and insure full transparency to our shareholders. We are looking into an investor communications group, Magna Business Consultants and are in the final stages of discussions with Magna Business Consultants www.magnabizconsultants.com. Their mandate will be to lesion with shareholders and answer any FAQ type questions as well as disseminate industry reports, noncore company daily ongoing operations and matters that may not be newsworthy but of importance to our shareholders in the day to day update of on goings and operations of our business.

All of this comes on the heels of Titan securing a backing of an accredited investor and certain financing which will be made available to Titan for these mergers and expansions via friendly type, non toxic financing.
