homer: Your bolded statement gives me pause. My understanding was that NuGen filed its SEC registration on September 14. Was I mistaken, because if that is correct, NuGen has been in a "quiet period" since, despite the multiple communications about this deal or that, including with NuGen. What am I missing? And if I am not missing anything, and these communications are permitted, why oh why has there not been the kind of promotion that everyone is talking about? If we really do have a "better mousetrap," why is NO ONE IN THIS COUNTRY beating a path to our door? (And yes, to respond to your earlier comment, I am an investor, and have shares in both.)
