Absolutely agree that many of the projections, especially price per share and times to expect it were not made by the company. But the company did make projections on EPA verification, being current and after the first fleet deal it will make it much easier for other fleet deals.  Things happen. If I tell my wife we're going out for dinner Friday nite on Tuesday and Friday comes and goes with no dinner and my wife says whats up? And all she gets is silence, what is she gonna think?  Next week I make another promise and don't fulfill it-and more silence. We were told an investment newsletter was being worked on months ago,  What happened? I  don't know. There is enough silence to go around. My best to you,  Jim
