My feeling is we are looking at a company that has broken open every piggy bank ... searched every vending machine coin return ... and looked under every cushion. I suspect the only thing they are spending money on is getting the vaccine into arms ... everything else is non-essential ... we really can't sustain any more dilution without giving the company away ...
