The initial cases from SBI and L2 were dismissed except for the Kansas case. That case was heard in October 2020 and the closing arguments filed in January and February of this year. We await a ruling from this court.
The petition by K&L Gates to dismiss the QMC's suit was dismissed. They appealed through the Appellate court and the Texas Supreme court. Both courts upheld the lower court decision and sent it back to the lower court for adjudication
Personal opinion is that the Financial reports have not been filed because QMC is awaiting the court's decision as it will affect the allotment of shares. A positive ruling (for QMC) by the Kansas court will pave the way for the disclosure of all filings and moving forward with growing the business.
