So JC invested $400,000.00 WITHOUT doing DD on a Las Vegas stye bet on a lawsuit. THEN JC did his DD and got nervous. If DECN won the law suit I suspect his opinion would have been different. But rather than take responsibility for his BET on the lawsuit without proper DD, in a penny stock no less he then went on to blame someone else because the law suit didn't go his way. Too bad.
Personally I wouldn't be broadcasting my bad trading decisions to the public.
IF this turns out to be a company with a working device and KB walks away from the government suit clean it's remotely possible that a shareholders class action suit COULD be filed against ALL the detractors on the boards. Everything is discoverable whether it is available to the public or been removed. After all is said and done if you lost money based on the detractors posts that puts the posters in the same situation as KB is from JC.......He and Plumper Stumper both publicly stated they actively and consistently tried to torpedo the company.
