I know I don't fall for them anymore but as i'm relatively new to investing early last year It caused me to dump shares of another Citron, AF heavily shorted stock. It quickly tripled and was an early lesson. I luckily made 350%, but it would hit 1000% a couple of weeks later which stung like a loss.

There are others who are no doubt still being swayed by these shennanigans.
