Can't run the trial without doing the tropism test at Screening. I'd say I am at least 99% confident they did it. Why would you think they wouldn't?
If you are going to give a drug that blocks HIV entry via CCR5 of course you are going to make sure that subjects have CCR5 tropic HIV not CXCR4 as entry coreceptor.
