I picked up some of them. To get shares you have to put in a bid with a AON (all or none) specification. Otherwise the MMs will only fill your order with partial small partial fills and wind up eating up your funds with buyer fees. Shares at the lower rate are usually just wash trades among the MMs to artificially lower the pps. You have to actually look at the ask price and ask size and match that. The ask price was at .008. Any other trades were most likely between MMs wanting a lower price to get printed.
