I wanted to provide this link from the FDA, dated today, regarding Johnson & Johnson, but more importantly, the rigorous review process Emergent Biosolutions just went through, which concluded yesterday.

I'm going to say it again....Patience.
Does anyone remember what Joe referred to a few weeks ago, which I can't recall the exact verbiage....that the attorneys are guiding Joe on what he can and can't say. There is definitely some workings going on behind the scenes.
Remember the SEC went through Generex with a fine tooth comb....The FDA's involvement with Generex, since the Pre-IND to the present day.
There simply isn't a reason to freak out. Not yet, anyway.
