Interesting enough, I confronted Todd Falls (via Email) with the 1.7 billion funding announcement from the White House, the other day (I believe it was Monday), and it was just the second time at all that he has not responded (the other being an email I sent after the last CC to both Joe and Todd, and Joe responded to a fraction of it).

So maybe my question was a "bull's eye" hit, and they are really applying or even in negotiations to receive part of that funding!?

Again, this would be a HUGE message, if they can announce that now the US government is funding/supporting their clinical trials.
