Meet in DC at FDA Bldg is good idea.
Until that get's organized, send emails to major news stations and to all TV Anchors, and to morning programs, like Good Morning America.
No need for political comments about this or that station/person, just contact everybody. I sent about 6 emails/comments/requests yesterday. I presented myself as a concerned common folk asking them to provide us with info, updates on this potentially game changing therapeutic.
