I have to agree with docj's comments, questioning the logic of having one person hold Pres/CEO/CoB, especially in light of the current trend of the company over at least the last year (although I would say longer). At this point, Moscato should let go of at least one set of the reins, probably either CEO or CoB, and have someone who has a proven track record take over that/those position(s). If he does not, one has to wonder agenda is being pursued, given the company performance during his tenure.
